This article tries to show that C.S. pierce as a logician, scientist and philosopher, has religious attitudes in scientific thinking (especial at late period of his life) and such attitudes are relate essential to his scientific philosophy. According to this view, it can be said that the current study want to show that attitude exists in Pierce's works as relationship between science and religion. He belies that this relation has been manifested in scientific method and refers to it as "spirit" or "scientific spirit" or "to want to learn the truth.” He says that there is in religion and science such attitude. According to Pierce, both of them are at one and same direction of this spirit, even he noted religion of science in late period of his life and the issue has been manifested in his work

Abstract:
Good governance is a new pattern for a stable human development which empowers societies to utilize their capabilities for a comprehensive development. Civil society along with a dynamic, powerful and expansionist state could further the basis of developing good governance and therefore comprehensive development with the least possible damage. Scholars have postulated six factors for the realization of “Good Governance” including: Legalism, transparency, accountability, efficiency and effectiveness, partnership seeking, justice-orientedness, anti-corruption, lenience and toleration. In this regard, this research tries to extract, review and evaluate the indices of good governing by probing in the practical and theoretical tradition of Imam Ali (A.S.) using descriptive-analytical method.

Abstract
Ottoman vicarage in Islamic history is important in many ways. During this time, the process of personal and social environment and the political system was a major change in the nascent Muslim. Two important developments were occurring at the time of Caliph Uthman origin, a rebellion against the caliph and his murder, and the other, a new compilation of the Qur'an Qur'an The Qur'an refers to this as the Ottoman Empire was known and still. Abu Bakr and Uthman Qur'ans are not available on the other hand, a clear and consistent way for the investigation and development of certain facts exist. Today the current text and partial copies of the Qur'ans often diverse and often conflicting narratives mass of the first centuries, the documentation is available for research in the first half Qur'ans. This is why the emergence of the writings of Sanaa, especially for historical credibility of the Quran is particularly so.

چکیده
مدینۀ فارابی بر انطباق فلسفه و دین استوار است و بخش عملی دین همان است که کلیاتش در فلسفۀ عملی بیان شده است. مدینۀ ابن سینا نیز مدینهای است واقعی که به شریعت پیامبر (ص) تکیه دارد. حال مدینۀ ابن رشد چه ویژگیای دارد؟ بر چه استوار است و در آن شرع چه جایگاهی دارد؟ در واقع، اگر اساس مدینۀ فارابی بر تقارن است و اساس مدینۀ ابن سینا بر شریعت، مدینۀ ابن رشد بر چه اساس و بنیادی شکل گرفته است؟ در این مقاله با توجه به نظام فلسفی ابن رشد سعی شده است تا به جایگاه شریعت در فلسفۀ سیاسی او پرداخته شود. این اندیشمند، با توجه به افق فکری خود یعنی تمدن اسلامی، در شرح جمهوری مدینۀ فاضلة افلاطون را در افق تمدن اسلامی مورد خوانش قرار میدهد و پیامبر (ص) را بنیانگذار آن معرفی میکند. او بین شریعت و قانون انسانی تضادی نمیبیند و ضمن اینکه شریعت را در تحقق فلسفه مؤثر میپندارد، فلسفه را نیز در چنین جامعهای از فهم شرعی برخوردار میداند

چکیده
در قرآن کریم در آیات بسیارى پیرامون برخی گزارههای علمی سخن رفته که ذیل آنها آرای مختلفى بیان شده است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر در تلاش است به بررسی و واکاوی دیدگاههای دو نظریهپرداز مطرح در میان فارسیزبانان یعنی دیدگاههای جعفر نکونام و محمدعلی رضایی اصفهانی بپردازد تا در نهایت اثبات کند علت اختلاف دیدگاهها تفاوت پیشفرضهای هر یک در تحلیل گزارههای علمی قرآن کریم است. برای نیل بدین هدف، پس از بسط و تبیین مسئله، مهمترین پیشفرضها در تحلیل اینگونه آیات بیان و آرای صاحبنظران ذکرشده ذیل آنها شرح داده میشود. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که پیشفرضها نقش بسیار مؤثری در تحلیل گزارههای علمی قرآن دارند و نگاه ظاهری یا نگاه علمی به اینگونه آیات مبتنی بر دخالت پیشفرضهایی چون زبان قرآن، جامعیت قرآن و تفاوت مخاطب آیات الهی است.

This article discusses the two different approaches to the question of psychological and philosophical religion, based on the ideas of Karl Gustav Jung case study of religion, in which aspects are distinguished and why understanding this distinction is important for the system of religion. To answer this question, the paper's introduction, referring to the three areas of historical psychology of religion, the view of Jung's statement in the third grade and then enumerate some of the criticisms offered by this approach, has concluded that limiting the influence of religion in Jung's legacy mental health,reduces heritage into something functional and fundamental themes of religion neglected. Thus, in the second part, trying to face the jung perspective of “understanding the symbolic language of religion” neglected,is highlighted and show how this part of Jung's achievements can be considered a heritage to the philosophy of religion. Finally, we tried to take advantage of this heritage status for the purposes of that philosopher of religion are described in the following. In the end,by critique of religious studies interactions with other sciences,we are suppose to be familiar with some of the possibilities and limitations of the philosopher religion.

Abstract:
One aspect of the Qur'an inimitability is legislative miracle. It means canonical injunctions of the Qur'an in both individual and social aspects have features which no one can bring like them. Coordination of the Qur'an with wisdom and human nature, its consideration to all aspects of human life, lakes of every contradiction in the Qur'an, offering of the Qur'an through illiterate person and its accordance with the sciences and etc are some aspects of legislative inimitability of the Qur'an. Exegetes usually have given attention to this kind of Qur'an miracle. Rashid Reza and Ayat Allah Makarem are two of these commentators. They have considered widely to the social themes and concept in the Qur'an so that they show Qur'an legislative inimitability. Hence, sociology and social understanding of the Qur'an is prominent characteristic in their exegeses.
This study attempts to show that the highest form of miracles of the Qur'an is legislative inimitability. So, it represents all of divine injunctions, belief principles, worshiping instructions, political and social rules which are accordance with the every time, everywhere and every one are different kinds of legislative inimitability of the Qur'an.
